Return's Policy

We aim to try our best to resolve any issue with the customer on any products that might be faulty and needing to be returned.

Please note that All components in a standard e-cigarette have a life span including batterys and will have to be re-placed eventually.

A product can be returned for upto 28 days from day purchased if it is in its original packaging and unopended and unused this does not include e-liquid.

Atomizers , cartomizers and clearomizers have a "dead on arrival" warranty, please notify us within 24 hours if you have a problem with either of these items. 

We cannot accept e-liquid returns due to the nature of the product , if a mistake has been made with your order then we will send the correct items out to you please inform us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.

All batterys have a 14 day return warranty on electrical faults this does not cover physical damage or mistreated products please clean and take care of your e cigarette componenents and they will last accordingly.

All products are thoroughly checked and tested before being Dispatched to our customers but we also know there is a small chance that a product could arrive dead or faulty, if this is the case please inform us immediately to arrange a exchange.

Returns are to be paid by the customer we do not cover any postage or courier for returns.

We do not offer cash refunds, we will refund the customer in full with in-store credit and 15% off thier next order.
